My rating refers to legibility of the book and its seeming completeness. Book appears to have been scanned in completely -- the preface by the editor is missing any pages after its first page, but this could be a printing error -- all other pages seem to be present. (The preface by the editor is obviously cut off as-is as it is halfway through a sentence at the end of the only page present in this scan.) The print is sometimes very faint and difficult to read (a good example of a poorly printed page is page 484), but everything is legible.
